Client's Business Challenge
Serving over 25,000 elementary and high school students from multiple states, Junior Achievement wanted to get 5th through 8th graders thinking about their future careers, so they could target high schools offering curricula that supported their career aspirations.
Our Approach
We designed a modern, gamified experience that took students on an engaging journey to identify their inner passions, and mapped those passions to career choices and high schools with aligned curricula.
Value Delivered
The Career Pathways experience was an absolute hit with students, parents, and guidance counselors alike, and paved the way for additional government and state funding to expand the program to a broader cohort of students.
