Due to their rapid expansion, this client had outgrown the informal process, tool, and practices of their HR function, which drove substantially higher costs, compliance risk, and equity concerns.
Our Approach
We performed a thorough current state assessment of 10 HR Domains, prioritized the client's challenges from business & compliance risk perspectives, and defined an HR Transformation program to address the client's issues.
