Client's Business Challenge
The client sought to modernize their HR Technology which was outdated and fragmented, relying on manual processes to keep important business functions operating.
Our Approach
We performed a thorough current state assessment and led the client through a future-state visioning effort aimed at identifying their highest-priority business objectives. Armed with this information we prepared detailed functional and technical requirements for an integrated HR Technology Solution that met or exceeded the client's goals. We then assessed the client's readiness for this change initiative and conducted a structured solution selection process aimed at choosing an HR Technology Partner capable of satisfying the client's business requirements.
